Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of functions of the members of the
Councils, as amended by Decree-Law No 337/2004 Coll. and regulation
Government no 707/2004 is amended as follows:
1. Annex 1:

Article II
Transitional provisions
1. the monthly amount of rewards under this Regulation shall provide for the first time
the month of March 2006.
2. the members of the Councils is to Loose 30. April 2006 provides for
period from 1. January 2006 until 28 February 2007. February 2006, the difference between the amount of the monthly
the remuneration of the current legislation and the amount of the monthly remuneration under this
Regulation; Similarly, it is possible to do in the case of released members
the Municipal Council.
Article. (III)
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. March 2006.
