amending Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative circuits

municipalities, charged with municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended

, as amended by Decree No 388/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 564/2002

Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic, and the territory of the main circuits

the city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623/2004 Sb.



The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to article 3 of Act No. 314/2002 Coll., on

determination of municipalities charged with municipal authority and the establishment of municipalities with extended

scope and according to § 1a of paragraph 1. 3 of the Act No. 36/1960 Coll. on territorial

the breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320/2002 Coll.:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment to Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with

charged with municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended

, as amended by Decree No 388/2004 Sb.



Article. (I)



Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with designated

the municipal authority and the administrative circuits municipalities with extended competence, in

the texts of Decree No. 388/2004 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 2, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority Břeclav is

the word "Baleen" following the word "Curvaceous".



2. In section 7 in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority in Prostějov

the word "word" Drahany, Držovice ".



3. In section 15 of the administrative area with extended powers for the Břeclav

the word "Baleen" following the word "Curvaceous".



4. In section 20 in the circumference of the shtetls Prostějov

the word "word" Drahany, Držovice ".



PART THE SECOND



Amendment to Decree No. 564/2002 Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech

Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital Prague, as amended by Decree No.

623/2004 Sb.



Article II



Annex 1 to the Decree No 564/2002 Coll., on the establishment of the territory of the districts of the Czech

Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital Prague, as amended by Decree No.

623/2004 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In the Břeclav district, after the word "word" Kurdějov, Curvaceous ".



2. In the Prostějov district, after the words "the Drahany" word ", Držovice".

This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
