Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 9 of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business and on condition the exercise of State

management in the energy sectors and on amendments to certain laws

(Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 4/2009 of 3 July 2003. November 2009, fixing the

support for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources,

the combined production of electricity and heat and secondary energy sources,

and the price of decision No 5/2009 of 23 July. November 2009 amending

the Energy Regulatory Office price decision No 4/2009 of 3 July 2003.

November 2009, fixing the aid for the production of electricity from

According to § 17 para. 7 Energy Act published an energy regulatory
