Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the exchange of notes dated May 8. October
1996 and 15. July 1997 in Warsaw agreed arrangement between the Government of the
The United States and the Government of the Republic of Poland to amend Annexes 1 and 2
Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland on the small border
contact of 17 May. January 1995, declared under no. 187/1996 Coll.
Agreement entered into force on 15 December. July 1997.

the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Government of the Polish

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland proposed that in the case of
the consent of the Government of the Czech Republic with the above, the current certificate together with the
the answer to her established arrangement, which shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the

Embassy of the Czech Republic reflected respect for the Ministry of foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Poland and has the honor to acknowledge receipt of his note verbale No. DPT and
214-4-93 of 8 February 1993. October 1996 which proposes the conclusion of the Agreement
between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Poland amending annexes to the No.
1 and no. 2 in the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland on the small
border traffic, worded as follows:
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Polish Republic reflected respect
Czech Embassy in Warsaw and in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 3 of the Treaty between the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic on a small
border traffic of 17 May. January 1995 has the honor to propose the conclusion of
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the United States in the form of
Exchange of diplomatic notes in the matter of amendments to annexes 1 and 2 from above
the above contracts.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland suggests, if
the Government of the United States expressed consent to the above, in order for this certificate
together with the response to it made up the Agreement, which enters into force
date of receipt of the note containing the response of the Government of the United States.

Czech Embassy in Warsaw has the honour to inform that the Government of
The United States agrees with the above proposal of the Government of Poland
of the Republic. In accordance with this certificate and the certificate of the Ministry of foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Poland no DPT and 214-4-93 constitute the Agreement between the Government of
The United States and the Government of the Republic of Poland in the things that
shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the note verbale.

to once again reassure the weighted of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs
