on the adjustment of trade, oil crops and products from these crops.

On the basis of the law of 15 June 2004. April 1920, no. 337 Coll. and n., ordering

with respect to the provisions of sections 6 and 7 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of

Czechoslovak dated 11. June 1920, no. 390 Coll. and n, and the

taking into account the provisions of paragraph 4 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Czechoslovakia

on 25 April. June 1920, no. 404 Coll. and n.:



§ 1.

§ 2 .



Olejny are required to převzíti materials and proplatiti is A obilnímu

§ 3 .



The amount of oil produced from these crops, as well as the amount of pomace

in the manufacture of oil remaining producers are obliged to hlásiti the Ministry responsible for

the trade licence to produce.



§ 4 .



Olejny raw materials are required to be allocated to the zpracovati so that the casting

all the oil and oil-cake obtained in the processing of oilseeds,

but at least in the manufacture of pressing:



When canola and 36% crude oil řepici and 54% of the residue,



When the mustard oil 20% raw and 70% of the residue,



When the flaxseed oil raw semen 27% and 63% of the residue,



While 35% oil of raw poppy and 55% of the residue,



in the processing of rapeseed raw oil extraction, a 41% and 50% of the pulp.



Cake may not obsahovati more than 8 1/2% of oil in the production of

extraction of not more than 2 1/2% oil. Different types of oil or pomace

must not be associated with each other, but each species must be in guaranteed

pure quality given by the Ministry of supply available people.



Factories are required to special ordered oil on the command of the Ministry of supply

the people in our own barrels for acceptance:



raw rapeseed oil € 12.40 per 1 kg net weight,



raw linseed oil £ 19.0-1 kg net weight,



crude oil-$ 15.50 poppy-seed 1 kg net weight,



crude oil hořčicového € 16.0-1 kg net weight.



§ 5 .



The Ministry for the supply of people in common agreement with the Ministry of

trade and public health, and physical education provides both

kvotu manufactured oils, which has to serve for the manufacture of edible fats, and

both kvotu, that will be intended for industrial purposes. The distribution of oil

growers, t. j. 1 kg of crude oil out of every 100 kg net weight

done the Swede and 1/2 kg raw linseed oil for every 100 kg net

the balance paid flax seed, makes the Ministry of supply

of the people.



The distribution of oils intended for the manufacture of edible fats makes the Ministry of

public health and physical education, oils intended for purposes

the industry Ministry of trade in the agreement with the Ministry of railways,

residue so zv. compulsory and oils intended to ration for growers

crops of oil Ministry for the supply of the people.



Cake loose from this year's and last year's harvest will be divided according to

the distribution plan of the Ministry of agriculture.



§ 6.



The highest price of the residue shall be:

Canola and flax seed growers will get the benefits that they receive from

every 100 kg net weight of 45 kg of colza, derives from the linen outlet

§ 7 .



In addition to section 1 of the regulation of the Government of the Czech Republic of 11 January.

§ 8 .



Purchase and processing of oilseeds for the production of foreign provenance

§ 1 0.
