on the extension of the binding effect of collective agreements of higher degree



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 7 of Act No. 2/1991

Coll., on collective bargaining:



§ 1



Higher level collective agreement concluded on 16 December 2003. December 1993 between

Independent trade union of workers of public road transport, the Czech Republic and

Moravia and the Association of employers in the transport of the CR, ^ 1), as amended by Annex No. 1

of 31 March 2004. May 1994 ^ 2) and annex No. 2 of 31 May. May 1994, ^ 3) is

binding from the effective date of this order, also for the employer listed

in annex 1, which is a part of this Decree.



§ 2



Higher level collective agreement concluded on 22 November. July 1994 between the

Trade Union of workers of the textile, clothing and leather industries

Bohemia and Moravia and the associations in the textile, clothing, leather industry ^ 4)

is mandatory from the effective date of this order, also for the employer

referred to in annex 2, which is a part of this Decree.



§ 3



Higher level collective agreement concluded on 11 October. February 1994 between the

The Trade Union KOVO and the community of industrial companies and

Silesia, ^ 5), as amended by Annex No. 1 of 25 June. May 1994 ^ 6) and Appendix

# 2 of 15 July. July 1994, ^ 7) is mandatory from the effective date of this

part of this Ordinance.



§ 4



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
