REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT

The Government directs pursuant to § 111 paragraph. 12 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on

Article. (I)



Government Regulation No 515/2004 Coll., on the substantive support to the creation of new

jobs and material support for the training or retraining of staff

in the framework of investment incentives, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 578/2004 Coll.

Government Regulation No 338/2006 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 68/2008 Coll., amended

as follows:



1. section 2 including footnotes 2, 3, 7 and 8:



"§ 2



(1) the amount of the material support the training or retraining of workers in the framework of the

investment incentives in the territorial areas with unemployment rates

at least 50% higher than the average unemployment rate in the Czech

Republic, 25% of the cost of retraining or training staff ^ 2).

2. In section 3, paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:



"(2) the number of new jobs in the event of the introduction of new production

calendar month, which was established pursuant to the agreement for the creation of a

jobs. If in this period the agreed number of detected

jobs created, to determine the number of new jobs in

the case of the introduction of a new production by the number of average equivalised

employees for a period of 3 calendar months following the date

(3) the number of new jobs in the case of the extension of the existing production
