of 27 June. November 2003,
amending Decree No. 328/2001 Coll., on certain details
the security of the integrated rescue system
Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to § 35 para. 2 Act No. 239/2000 Coll.
on the integrated rescue system and on amendments to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as
the "Act") for the implementation of § 5 para. 4, § 12 para. 3 and § 18 para. 4 (b). and)
the law:
Article. (I)
Decree 328/2001 Coll., on certain security details
the integrated rescue system, is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 2 (a). h) point 3, the word "evacuation" is replaced by
"evacuation".
2. In article 1 (1). 2 (a). h) point 7, the word "regulation" is replaced by
"regulation".
3. In article 1 (1). 2 (a). k), the word "persons" shall be replaced by the word "persons".
4. In paragraph 2 (a). (c)) the words "the head of the District Office, Mayor
the city of Brno or Ostrava or Pilsen (hereinafter referred to as "the head of the district
the Office ") shall be replaced by the Mayor of municipalities with extended powers".
5. in paragraph 7, point (a)):
