DECREE



of 22 March. in February 2006,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade no. 345/2002

Coll., laying down a gauge to a gauge and authentication

subject to the approval



The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to section 27 of Act No. 505/1990

Coll. on metrology, as amended by Act No. 119/2000 Coll. and Act No. 137/2002

Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree 345/2002 Coll. laying down the gauge to a compulsory

authentication and gauges subject to type-approval, shall be amended as follows:



1. paragraph 1 reads:



"§ 1



This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament

and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information

in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information

the company, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC ".



2. section 2 including the title reads as follows:



"§ 2



Type-approval and verification



Type-approval and verification of measuring instruments, which are subject to the species are

listed in the annex. Approval and initial verification are not subject to

the gauge, which are covered by section 24b of the Act. The approval of further

are not subject to: measuring report meter taxis, volumetric

flasks, pipettes and burettes used to control volume, sedimentation

(Westergrenovy), the pipettes, stationary tanks used as gauge

volume, tachographs with registration work for drivers of motor

vehicles that are compulsory for testing machines equipped

mechanical testing of materials, measuring microphones and personal audio

expozimetry. ".



3. in annex V item 1.1.4, the words "taxis" are deleted.



4. in the annex, the per item 1.1.4 1.1.5 the following item is added:

"1.1.5. Measuring report meter taxis 2 years".



The former item 1.1.5 is referred to as item 1.1.6.



5. In the annex the following shall be added in item 1.1.6 "and ČSN ISO 5223".



6. In the annex, item 1.1.6 1.1.7, the following item is added:

"1.1.7 Automatic level gauges on the stationary tanks

and the automatic level gauges) 2 years

(b) automatic level gauges) auto-control

the metrological parameters of the 4 years ".



7. In the annex, item 1.3.7 repealed.



Item 1.3.8 to 1.3.15 shall become item 1.3.7-1.3.14.



8. In annex V, item (d)), 1.3.9:

"d) solid water meters 6 years *)

* If the volumetric water meters) the specified file

subsequently validated in bulk, on the basis of satisfactory

9. in annex V item 1.3.10 letter a) is added:

11. In annex V, point 1.3.11 item. (h)), the words "and gas" shall be deleted.



12. in annex V, the following points 1.3.11 item j), k), (l)), and m),

are added:

"j) evaluation units for gas 5 years

k) temperature sensors with a built-in Converter 2 years

l) sensors protečeného quantities of liquids other than

water or liquefied gases 2 years

m) sensors protečeného quantity of liquefied gases 1 year ".



13. In the annex, in items 2.1.2 (b). (b)) (a) and 2.1.3. (b)) for the words

"municipal waste", the words "recycled materials"

the words "construction debris" shall be inserted after the words "mineral and break

materials ".



14. in annex in the 2.2.1 the words ' two years ' shall be replaced by "1

the year ".



15. in annex item 2.2.2:

"2.2.2 Tachographs with registration work drivers

of motor vehicles which they are compulsorily equipped with

b) digital 2 years from data verification ".



16. in annex item 2.3.2 shall read:

17. in annex V item 2.4.2 (a). (b)), after the words "on prestressed concrete"

"6 months".



18. in annex item 3.1.1 shall read:

19. In the annex, item 3.1.3 shall read:

"3.1.3 heat and cold, and their members

and) compact heat meters and refrigerated for 4 years

20. In the annex, item 3.1.5 and 3.1.6 are deleted.



Item 3.1.7 is referred to as an item 3.1.5.



21. In the annex, item 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 shall be deleted.



22. In the annex, item 5.1.1 5.1.2, the following item is added:

"5.1.2 Luxmetry 2 years".



23. in the annex, the per item 6.1.4 6.1.5, the following item is added:

"6.1.5 Personal Audio expozimetry 2 years".



24. in the annex, in item 7.1.5 symbol "symbol" is replaced by "< =
