Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)

Article II



Act No. 424/1991 Coll. on Association in political parties and in

political movements, as amended by Act No. 468/1991 Coll., amended and

supplemented as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 3, the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic "

shall be replaced by the Czech Republic ".



2. In article 6 (1). 3 and 4, the words of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic "

shall be replaced by the Czech Republic ".



3. section 7 (1). 1 reads as follows:



"(1) the registration of the Design shall be submitted to the Interior Ministry (hereinafter referred to as

"the Ministry").



Note No. 2) is deleted.



4. In section 8 paragraph 1. 5 are deleted, the words "with regard to the decision of the Ministry of

The United States, and the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, in the case of

decision of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic ".



5. In paragraph 9, the words "Federal Statistical Office" shall be replaced by

"The Czech Statistical Office" and the words "developing

activity on the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic ".



6. Article 10 is deleted.



7. In article 11 (1) 2 are deleted, the words "and 10".



8. § 12 para. 5 is added:



"(5) the demise of parties and movements shall notify the Department within seven days of deletion

The Czech Statistical Office. ".



9. In § 13 para. 5, the words "and the Act are deleted if the party and movement

registered by the Ministry of the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic,

also its Ministry and vice versa ".



10. In § 13 para. 7, the words "the States in which they are parties and movements

its head office "shall be replaced by the word" State ".



11. section 15 reads as follows:



"§ 15



The dissolution of political parties and movements [section 13, paragraph 1 (b))] and the suspension

the activities of political parties and movements (§ 14) shall be decided by the Supreme Court of the United States.

The President of the United States proposal or the Government of the Czech Republic, or

the Attorney General of the United States. ".



12. in section 17(2). 5, the words "the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic"

replaced by the words "United States".



13. section 18 para. 1 reads as follows:



"(1) parties and movements are required to submit each year to the 1. April

The Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the annual financial report. ".



14. section 20 including notes no ^ 3 is added:



"section 20



Parties and movements are entitled to a contribution from the State budget of the Czech

Republic under the conditions laid down by a special law. ^ 3)

15. in article 21 the following is added to section 21a is inserted:



"§ 21a



They are going to a party or movement and acting to 31. December 1992 on the territory of both

republics, registered in the Slovak Republic, to continue to carry out activities

on the territory of the Czech Republic, shall submit a proposal for registration under the provisions of

This Act within the time limit to 30. June 1993. If they do not, their

the right to engage in any activity on the territory of the Czech Republic shall cease to exist. ".
