173/1999 Coll. of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports dated 27 July 1999, which repealed the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400/1991 Coll., On the material and financial security of foreigners come studying in schools under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended, the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports, determined according to section 24 of the par 3 of Law No. 29/1984 Coll., on the system of elementary schools, secondary schools and higher professional schools (the Schools Act), as amended by Act No. 171/1990 Coll. and Act No. 138/1995 Coll., and pursuant to section 7 of this Czech National Council Act No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other central government authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended: section 1 of Decree No. 400/1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners come studying in schools under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic , as amended by Decree no 275/1995 Coll., Decree No. 260/1997 Coll. and Decree No. 178/1998 Coll., is repealed. § 2.
