THE PRESIDENT OF THE CZECHOSLOVAK REPUBLIC, HIS MAJESTY THE KING OF ROMANIA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY, THE CENTRAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE UNION OF SOVIET

SOCIALIST REPUBLICS AND HIS MAJESTY THE KING, A SOUTH SLAVIC

who have agreed on the following provisions:



Article. (I).



Each of the High Contracting Parties undertakes to accept in their

reciprocal relations with each other aside from the date on which this

Article II.

Article. III.

was stored in the popular Commissariat for Foreign Affairs in Moscow on 17.

February 1934. Instruments of ratification were deposited at the same time the Kingdom
