DECREE
The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development, Ministry of
forest and water management and forestry-industry United
Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of forestry and water management, and
wood processing industry of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 30 March 2004. November 1988,
repealing some of the legal instruments relating to the scientific and technical
and investment development
The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development pursuant to § 53 para.
1 of law No. 133/1970 Coll. on scope of federal ministries, in
amended by Act No. 115/1983 Coll. pursuant to section 143, paragraph 1. 1 Act No. 50/1976
Coll., on zoning and the building code (the building Act) and under section
32 Act No 42/1980 Coll., on economic relations with foreign countries,
the Ministry of forestry and water management and forestry-
industry of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of forestry and water
wood processing industry of the Slovak economy and Socialist
States pursuant to § 24 para. 6 section 30 paragraph 2. 4 Act No. 138/1973 Coll. on
waters (Water Act), provides:
Article. (I)
Shall be deleted:
1. the Decree of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development
No 75/1977 Col., on recurring projects;
2. Decree of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development
No 82/1980 Coll., on the evaluation of the technical level of products;
3. the Decree of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development
No 86/1981 Coll. on conclusion and implementation of agreements on scientific and technological
cooperation with foreign countries;
4. the Proceeds of the State Commission for investment construction No 21/1965 (reg. amount
55/1965 Coll.), which held the regional national committees for the implementation of
střelmistrovských tests, as amended by the Decree of the State Commission for technology
No 6/1968 (reg. amount 19/1968 Coll.);
5. the guidelines of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development no.
4/1974 (reg. amount 14/1974 Coll.) on preferential use of ovens from
non-metallic materials;
6. the Revenue of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development no.
1/1976 (reg. amount 7/1976 Coll.), which issued the policy for
coordination of import and use of equipment, machinery and scientific and technical
equipment;
7. the guidelines of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development no.
6/1977 (reg. amount 11/1977), about the use of wooden Windows and doors in
investment construction;
8. section 7 of the Decree of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment
the development of the No 13/1980 (reg. 4/1981 Coll.), the policy statement for the integration of
television cable into the comprehensive housing construction;
9. directive of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development
No 5/1981 (reg. amount 17/1981 Coll.), the conversion cost structures
price level valid from 1. 1.1982; ^ 1)
10. Return of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development no.
7/1982 (reg. amount 20/1982 Coll.), the central register of coded
automation equipment design;
11. Return of the Federal Ministry for technical and investment development no.
7/1983 (reg. amount 24/1983), about some buildings equipment
for control and measurement of the supply and consumption of heat from central sources;
12. directive of the State Committee for construction and water management Central
holding no 129/1957 Ú.l., about how the planning, financing,
design and implementation of the water and sewer connections.
Article. (II)
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1989.
