replacing the Convention on International Institute of cold day agreed

21 June 1920 and amended on 31 December 2004. May 1937.



President of the Republic has ratified this Convention on 31 December 2004. January 1956 and

Article. (III)



Member countries, approaches



Members of the Institute as a member country, are enjoying rights and subjected to

ARTICLE XXIV

(1) this Convention shall be open for signature by the Member countries of the international
