amending Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative circuits
municipalities with subdivision and administrative circuits of municipalities with extended
scope
Ministry of the Interior shall be determined according to section 3 of the Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on
the determination of the communities with the subdivision and the establishment of municipalities with extended
competence:
Article. (I)
Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with designated
municipal authority and administrative circuits of municipalities with extended powers, is amended
as follows:
1. in section 2, in the administrative area, charged with municipal authority with Essendon
