REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT



of 28 June. April 2008,



amending Government Decree No. 365/1999 Coll., on the amount and the conditions of

remuneration included in the employment of sentenced persons in prison

deprivation of liberty, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 414/2000 Sb.



Government orders under section 33, paragraph. 1 Act No. 169/1999 Coll., on the performance of

imprisonment and amending certain related laws:



Article. (I)



Regulation of the Government No. 365/1999 Coll., on the amount and conditions of remuneration

sentenced persons listed in a job in the prison sentence

freedom, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 414/2000 is amended as follows:



1. the title of section 5, including:



"§ 5



Extra pay for night work



For the work in the night belongs to inmates working and an additional fee of

10% from the sum of the basic remuneration and evaluation of work performance,

but at least in the amount of $ 6.50 per hour. "



2. section 6, including title and footnote No 3 to 5:

Surcharge for work in ztíženém working environment



(1) a prisoner who performs work on the basis of the agreement between the prison and the

the business body ^ 3), surcharge for work in ztíženém

the working environment of which it paid business entity

its employees ^ 4).



(2) a prisoner who is enlisted to work in the cases other than

referred to in paragraph 1, shall be an additional fee for the work in the ztíženém work

the environment in the same range, which is provided to employees in

public service and administration in accordance with law other ^ 5).

levels of guaranteed wages, on the definition of distress while the working environment and of

the amount of the supplement to the salary for the job in ztíženém working environment.

Article. (II)



This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month

following the date of its publication.
