DECREE
of 8 March. November 2011,
amending Decree No 393/2006 Coll., on health, on
amended by Decree No. 407/2008 Sb.
Ministry of internal affairs in agreement with the Ministry of finance, Ministry of
Justice, Security information service, the Office for foreign
contacts and information and the Ministry of health shall under section 15
paragraph. 6 and § 79 paragraph 2. 6 of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the prison service
members of the security forces:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 393/2006 Coll., on health, as amended by Decree
No 407/2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 2, the words ' to be adopted ' shall be replaced by "to seek an
the adoption ".
2. In article 2 (2). 1 at the end of the text of subparagraph (c)) the following words
"relating to the actual performance of the staff of the place".
