REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 28 June. April 2008,
amending Government Decree No. 154/2005 Coll., on the determination of the amount and
the method of calculation of charges for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, in
the text of the regulation of the Government No. 288/2007 Sb.
The Government ordered under section 150, paragraph. 1 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on
electronic communications and the some of the related laws
(the law on electronic communications), for the implementation of section 24, paragraph. 5 of law
on electronic communications and the article. II, point 3 of the law No 304/2007 Coll.
amending certain laws in connection with the completion of the transition
the Earth's analog tv broadcasts on terrestrial digital television
broadcast:
Article. (I)
The annex to the regulation of the Government No. 154/2005 Coll., on the determination of the amount and the method of
calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, in the text of the
Government Regulation No 288/2007 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Under item 1 (C), including footnotes 1 to 3:
(C) RADIO SERVICE.
(C). 1. Radio broadcasting

Note:
In the shortwave radio bands, the use of one
radio frequency means a right to use any of the radio
the frequencies used by the individual permission to use
radio frequencies.

Average effective radiated power on a frequency in the heartland
dBW in the value rounded up to the nearest lower whole number.
Determined as 1/36 of a total of allowed emitted performances
in the ten directions, starting with the degree of angle degrees
zero. For the average effective radiated power of less or equal
5 dBW is

Determination of the coefficient of P1 for analog television broadcasting

In the case of the spread of digital tv transmitter with a maximum
effective mean power (ERPmax) less than 27 dBW, which is used
in the framework of the solid-state single-frequency network, is always

.
Note:
For MWS (multimedia wireless systems)
categories of MMDS (multichannel distribution system multi point),
MVDS (multichannel video distribution system), or LMDS (local
multi point distribution system) in the operational arrangement of the point-multibod
assuming that the radio traffic is one-way only,
the fees are in accordance with the categories of radio service, even if
part of the services provided has the character of a one-way data
transmission.
