The DECREE



of 29 April 2004. November 2006,



on the determination of the buffer zones of natural medicinal resources of mineral water

accumulated borehole Le-7 in the cadastral territory of Three New Village of the municipality Břeclav

and on the definition of specific protective measures



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 46 paragraph. 3 (b). (b)) of the Act

No. 164/2001 Coll., on the natural medicinal resources, natural resources

mineral water, natural healing Spa and Spa places

changes to some related laws (the Spa Act):



§ 1



To protect the natural resources of mineral water, which is used to

borehole Le-7 on a land parcel No. 1972/101 cadastral territory

Three New Village of the municipality Břeclav, district of Břeclav, South Moravian region

(hereinafter referred to as "the source"), establishes the protection zones I and II. the degree of ^ 1).



§ 2



(1) the protection degree ^ 2) consists of the immediate surroundings of the output

resources and is defined by a land parcel No. 1972/101 register

the territory of the Three New Village of the municipality Břeclav. the trade zone is at the same time

the zone of the physical protection of resources.



(2) the definition of the protection degree is indicated graphically in a copy of the

cadastral maps in the scale 1:2 000, which is the annex No. 1 to this

the Decree. Establishment of the protection zone and in the cadastral map in

scale 1:2, 000 is available on the Ministry of health, on

City Office in the fridge, to the City Office in Břeclav and to Regional

§ 3



(1) the protection zone II. degrees ^ 3) is determined to protect the territory of the static

§ 4



(1) in zone II. the degree is prohibited:

§ 5
