repealing Decree of the Czech Office of work safety and the Czech

Mining Authority no 324/1990 Coll., on the safety of work and technical

device construction work, as amended by Decree No. 363/2005 Coll., and

Decree No. 363/2005 Coll., amending Decree of the Czech Office

safety at work and the Czech Mining Authority no 324/1990 Coll., on

safety of work and technical facilities construction work



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 9 and 24 of Act No. 2/1969

Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of State administration

The Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 202/1990 Coll., Act No. 576/1990

Coll., Act No. 478/1992 Coll., Act No. 47/1994 Coll., Act No. 272/1996

Coll., Act No. 585/2004 Coll. and Act No. 262/2006 Coll. and Czech mining

the authority under section 6 (1). 6 of Act No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities,

explosives and the State Mining Administration, provides:



§ 1



Shall be repealed:



1. Decree of the Czech Office of work safety and the Czech Mining Authority no.

324/1990 Coll., on safety at work and of technical equipment during construction

the works.



2. Decree No. 363/2005 Coll., amending Decree of the Czech Office

safety at work and the Czech Mining Authority no 324/1990 Coll., on

safety at work and of technical equipment during construction work.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2007.
