THIS CONVENTION HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED AND THE DECLARATION:



The Convention.



AUSTRIA, Italy, Poland, Romania, the KINGDOM of SERBS, Croats and

YUGOSLAVIA and Czechoslovakia, desiring to accounts and questions concerning diurnal

Article 1.

Article 2.

Article 3.

Article 4.

Article 5.

Article 6.

Statement by the delegation of Austria.
