DECREE



of 26 March. September 2008,



amending Decree No. 77/2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for the

milk and milk products, frozen creams and edible oils and fats, as amended by

amended



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 18 para. 1 (b). and), and (g))

Act No. 110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending

and the addition of some related laws, as amended by law No 146/2002

Coll., Act No. 247/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll. and Act No.

120/2008 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 77/2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for milk and milk

products, frozen creams and edible oils and fats, as amended by Decree No.

124/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 78/2005 is amended as follows:



1. In the introductory sentence, footnote No. 1, including a link to the note

the footnote shall be deleted.



2. In section 1 paragraph 1 including the footnotes 1 and 1a is added:



"(1) this Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European

Community ^ 1), at the same time follows on directly applicable provision

Of the European communities ^ 1a) and regulates the requirements for milk and milk

products.

3. In paragraph 1, the period at the end of paragraph 3 is replaced by a comma and the following

the letters ee) to gg) are added:



"retentátem-ee), a milk product obtained by concentrating milk protein

based on ultrafiltration of milk, partly skimmed milk, or

skimmed-milk powder,



FF) milk permeátem – the product obtained by removing milk bílkovín and

milk fat from milk, partly skimmed milk, or skimmed

milk based on ultrafiltration



Gg) laktózou – a natural constituent of milk that is commonly produced from

whey with anhydrous lactose content of not less than 99.0% m/m in

dry matter; It may be anhydrous or contain one molecule of water of crystallisation

or it may be a mixture of both forms. ".



4. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 the number "44" is replaced by "43".



5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 24 (f)) repealed.



Letter g) is renumbered as paragraph (f)).



6. In section 3, paragraph 34 deleted.



Paragraphs 35 to 44 shall become paragraphs 34 to 43.



7. in section 4, paragraph 8, the following paragraph 9 is added:



"(9) for concentrated milk and milk powder to the protein content of milk
