DECREE



of 27 June. September 2007,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of justice no. 23/1994 Coll., on

the rules of procedure of the prosecution service, the establishment of branches of some of the

Public Prosecutor's Office and the details of the action carried out by the legal

aspirant, as amended



The Ministry of Justice establishes, pursuant to § 40 paragraph 2. 2 of law No.

283/1993 Coll., on the public prosecutor's Office, as amended by the Act No. 14/2002 Sb.

and Act No. 79/2006 Coll.:



Article. (I)



In the Decree No. 23/1994 Coll., on the public prosecutor's Office's rules of procedure,

the establishment of branches of some of the prosecutorial and details of

operations carried out by aspirant, as amended by Decree No. 88/2005

Coll., Section 7a is added to the new section 7b is inserted:



"§ 7b



The regional public prosecutor's Office in Brno-branch in Jihlava



(1) in the regional State Prosecutor's Office in Brno establishes his

branch in Jihlava.



(2) the seat of the branch is the city of Jihlava. ".



Former § 7b is referred to as section 7 c.



Article. (II)



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
