about the system of scientific, technical and economic information



The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development, establishes, pursuant to §

53 para. 1 (b). (b)) Law No 133/1970 Coll., on the scope of Federal

ministries, as amended by Act No. 115/1983, Coll.:



Part the first



Introductory provisions



§ 1



Definition of the system of scientific, technical and economic information and

its purpose



(1) Scientific, technical and economic information (hereinafter referred to as the "for EXAMPLE")

§ 2



The functional units of the system for EXAMPLE

The activities of the central authorities, the middle management and organizations

§ 4

§ 5



Authorities of the middle management

§ 6



Organization

§ 7



Basic provisions

§ 8



Sectoral centres

§ 9



Specialist centres



(1) the Centre shall perform the functions of the head of Departmental coordination and methodically

§ 10



The base of the Centre

§ 11



Specialized agencies, specialised centres

§ 12

§ 14



Information files

§ 15

§ 17
