of 20 December. August 2013,
amending Decree No 2/2006 Coll., amending, for schools and educational
the device set up the Interior Ministry implements certain provisions of
the Education Act, as amended
Ministry of the Interior shall be determined according to section 172 para. 5 Act No. 561/2004 Coll.
on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education
(the Education Act), as amended by Act No 342/2006 Coll. and Act No. 242/2008
Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
Article. (I)
Decree No 2/2006 Coll., amending, for schools and educational facilities
set up by the Ministry of the Interior carried out certain provisions of the school
the Act, as amended by Decree No. 323/2008 Coll. and Decree No. 21/2010 Coll., shall
be amended as follows:
1. In article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be added:
"(1) the lowest number of pupils in secondary school with a full complement of 60 years.
The lowest number of students in higher vocational college with a full number of years
is 20.
(2) the lowest number of pupils in a class in high school, is 15. The lowest number of
students in the study group in higher vocational college at the start
education in the first year is 5. ".
2. In section 6 paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) spring holiday lasting for one week in the period of January to
March. The term establishes their school director in the period of the month
January through March and announce it by 30. September of the previous
of the calendar year. ".
3. In § 8 para. 1, letter a) is added:
"and resulting in injury) was the absence of the pupil or student in the school
or a school that spans at least 2 consecutive
school days ".
4. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1, letter a) the following new subparagraph (b)), which read as follows:
"(b) the pupil's or student's injury), the effect of which was his absence
or was the absence of less than 2 consecutive school days,
which can be expected to provide compensation for the pain, or compensation for
worsening of the social application, or ".
Letter b) is renumbered as paragraph (c)).
5. In article 8, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
The present paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 4.
6. In paragraph 8, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) School or educational establishment without undue delay updates

and if it has been granted) compensation for pain or compensation for disfigurement

(b)) in the event of death if the death occurred after completion

7. in article 9 the present text shall become paragraph 1 and the following
paragraph 2, which reads as follows:

9. in section 11 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

10. In § 13 para. 2 the words "7. may "shall be replaced by ' 30. April ".
11. in article 13, paragraph 3 is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 to 7 shall become paragraphs 3 to 6.
12. In § 13 para. 6 the second sentence, the words "5 days" shall be replaced by "7 days".
13. in § 14 para. 1, point (b)) shall be deleted.
Subparagraph (c)) shall become point (b)).
14. in article 15, paragraph 2. 2 the words "Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as
"the Ministry") "are replaced by the word" Ministry ".
15. in section 17(2). 7, the words "not worse than" shall be replaced by "is not
higher than ".
16. in section 20 (2). 2 the term "minor" shall be replaced by the word "professional".
17. under section 26 the following new section 26a, which including the title and notes
footnote # 19 is added:
"§ 26a

18. In section 27 para. 2 the words "15. June "shall be replaced by ' 1. June ".

21. in § 45 para. 1 letter c) is added:

22. in paragraph 45, at the end of paragraph 1, the period is replaced by a comma and the following
the letters j and k)) are added:
"j) information about the prevention of socially pathological phenomena,

23. § 46 and 47, including headings are deleted.
24. In § 48a para. 2, after the words "employees of security forces"

Performance of inspection activities
(§ 175 (6) of the Act)
(1) the performance of inspection activities to the police schools and educational
