REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 14 June. December 2005,
amending Government Decree No. 62/1994 Coll., on the granting of refunds
certain expenses of employees of budgetary and contributory organizations with
regular workplace abroad, as amended
Government orders under section 24 of Act No. 119/1992 Coll. on travel
refunds, in the wording of Act No. 44/1994 Coll. and Act No. 125/1998 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 62/1994 Coll. on compensation of certain expenses
employees of budgetary and contributory organizations with regular
workplace abroad, as amended by Decree-Law No 183/1999 Coll.
Government Regulation No 465/2001 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 214/2003 Coll.,
amended as follows:
1. In section 2 (2). 2 (a). (b)), the words "in some ways to the Czech
Republic and the back "are deleted.
2. In section 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "If because of a change in the
the monetary policy of the country in the place of work is not possible or
appropriate to provide compensation in a specified currency, the employer in the
the amendment provided for the currency in the manner laid down in the annex to this regulation. ".
3. In section 3, paragraph 3. 2, the third sentence shall be replaced by the phrase "way of determining
the conversion of the session is set out in the annex to this regulation. ".
4. In section 3, paragraph 3. 4, the first sentence, the word "workers" shall be replaced by
"employees" and the word "belongs" shall be inserted the word "everyone".
5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 8 the third sentence, the words "foreign exchange market" shall be deleted.
6. In section 3, paragraph 3. 9 second sentence, the words "foreign exchange market" shall be deleted.
7. In the heading of section 5, the words "in some ways to the Czech Republic and
back ' shall be deleted.
8. In section 5, at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "the same reason may
the employer shall provide the employee compensation of demonstrably incurred
expenses for travel to a different country and back, but not in the amount corresponding to the
the amount of the usual expenses for the trip to the Czech Republic and back. ".
9. In section 5, the end of the text of paragraph 2, the words "or a path to the

10. In section 5, at the end of paragraph 3 the following sentence "the same reason may
the employer shall provide the employee compensation of demonstrably incurred

11. In section 5 (3). 4, the third sentence, the words "the foreign exchange market and conversion
ratios "are deleted.
12. In section 6 (1). 3 the third sentence, the words "the foreign exchange market and conversion

13. Annex:
"The annex to the regulation of the Government No. 62/1994 Coll. way of determining the conversion
session
Article. (I)
Conversion rate is the proportion of an objectified session conversion rate
and the declared exchange rate Czk to the specified currency. The default level of conversion
the session, an objectified conversion rate, announced by the course
CZK to the specified currency and fixed the currency are part of this annex.
The employer shall determine the rate of session according to the procedure laid down further.
The new session will be used for conversion between the determination of the amount of the refund of the additional
the cost of living from the first day of the calendar month following the

Article. (II)

H1 is the value of the selected kinds of goods and services in the country of work
in the specified currency for the last month before setting the new
the conversion of the session
H2 is the value of the same goods and services as in H1 used
in the previous determination of the rate of a session
Each course is renowned for Czk to the specified currency (the first day of the
months ago) last month before setting the new conversion
the session,
KB is course Czk to the specified currency (the first day of the

Ko is objectified the conversion rate used in the

3. The coefficient of change in consumer prices (B) according to the information of the international

Article. (IV)
