GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Decree No. 396/2001 Coll., on the use of funds

The State housing development fund the repair and modernization of housing



The Government ordered pursuant to section 9 of Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on the State Fund

housing development and amending Act No. 171/1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities

The United States in cases of transfers of State assets to other persons and the Fund

National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, to the

the implementation of § 3 para. 1 (b). and this Act:)



Article. (I)



1. in article 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:



"(4) in cases where the financial resources of the Fund money will be used

repair and modernisation of flats, which were affected by the floods in

2002 and landslides as a result of excessive rainfall during this period (hereinafter

"the flood"), the provisions of paragraph 2 (a). (b)) shall not apply. ".



2. in article 4, paragraph 2 reads as follows:



"(2) the interest rate of the loan provided by the Fund is 3% per year. In

cases where the loan funds will be used to repair and

modernization of the apartments, which were affected by the floods, the interest rate of the

loan provided to the Fund of 1% per year. ".



Article II



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
