promulgating 1. amendment and supplement to the mandatory part of the master plan

large territorial unit Hradec region-Pardubice Regional County

agglomeration



The Government directs pursuant to § 29 para. 2 Act No. 50/1976 Coll., on the territorial

planning and building code (the building Act), as amended by Act No.

262/1992 Coll.:



§ 1



Amendment and supplement to the mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit

Hradec region-Pardubice regional urban agglomerations as defined in

Annex 1 of this regulation and listed in annex 2 to this regulation.



§ 2



Territorial plan of the great territorial unit Hradec region-Pardubice settlement

approved by resolution of the regional agglomeration, no 151 of 18 May.

May 1988, as amended by resolution of the Government No. 71 of 12 July. February 1997,

stored on district offices in Nymburk, Kolín, Pardubice, Hradec Králové and

the Ministry for regional development.



§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.

Hradec region-Pardubice regional urban agglomeration



1. When using the territory to protect territorial corridor route Highway D 11,

referred to in the land-use plan in a scale of 1:50, 000, in the section

Libice nad Cidlinou-Hradec Králové, in accordance with Annex 1.



2. Buildings associated with the construction of the motorway D 11 in the section referred to in paragraph 1

are public benefit.
