amending Decree of the Ministry of the environment no. 395/1992

Coll., which implements certain provisions of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (b)), and

§ 90 para. 11 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, in

amended by law no 289/1995 Coll., Act No. 161/1999 Coll., Act No.

238/1999 Coll., Act No. 132/2000 Coll., Act No. 76/2002 Coll., Act No.

Article. (II)



Shall be repealed:



1. the Revenue of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 6088/77,

December 5, 1977.



2. the Revenue of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 7717/75,

on the establishment of a State natural reservation "Habrůvecká bučina", of 29 June.

April 1975.



3. the Yield of the Ministry of education, Sciences and arts REF. 147.300/50-IV/1 of the

the establishment of the nature reserve "Josefské Valley" in the cadastral territory of

Habrůvka, Březina, Olomučany, district of Blansko and in the cadastral territory of

Babice, district of Brno and the natural reserve of "values, like the planinka" on

cadastral territory of Grouper, district Brno, on 2 December. September 1950.



4. Return of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 18
