promulgating a binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit

RALSKO



Government pursuant to § 29 para. 2 Act No. 50/1976 Coll., on urban planning

building code (the building Act), as amended by Act No. 265/1992 Coll.,

ordering:



§ 1



The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit Ralsko, as defined in

Annex 1 to this regulation, is listed in Appendix 2 of this

of the regulation.



§ 2



Territorial plan of the great territorial unit approved by the resolution of the Government of Ralsko, no.

722 of 19 May. in December 1994, is stored at the district offices in the Czech

Lípa, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, at the municipal office in Ralsku, based in

Kuřivodech and the Ministry of economy.



§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
