DECREE
on 2 December. January 2006,
amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 302/2001 Coll., on the
roadworthiness tests and measurements of the emissions of vehicles, as amended by Decree No.
99/2003 Coll.
The Department of transportation shall determine under section 91 paragraph 2. 1 of Act No. 56/2001 Coll.
on the conditions of the use of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of the law
No 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by operation
vehicles and amending certain related laws (law on insurance
liability of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 309/1999 Coll., on
as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 44 para. 6,
§ 45 para. 1, 5 and 6, § 47 para. 4, § 48 para. 1 and 4, § 53 para. 2, § 54
paragraph. 6, § 57 para. 5, § 58 para. 1 (b). (b)), and (c)), § 60 para. 3, § 62
paragraph. 2, § 63 para. 6, section 66 paragraph 1. 3, § 67 para. 1 (b). (b)), and (c)), section 69
paragraph. 3, § 71 para. 2, § 72 para. 3 and § 79 paragraph 2. 5 of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 302/2001 Coll., on technical inspection and exhaust-emission measurement
vehicles, as amended by Decree No. 99/2003, is amended as follows:
1. In article 2 (2). 2 at the end of paragraph (e)) the comma is replaced by a dot and the
the letter f) shall be deleted.
2. In article 2 (2). 5 the first sentence, after the words "to the measurement of emissions", the words
"the instrument referred to in paragraph 2 (a). (e)) ".
3. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2, the words "leave smoke ' is replaced by

22. In the heading of paragraph 17, the words in brackets "to § 57 para. 3 of the Act "are replaced by

23. in article 23 paragraph 4 is added:
