The DECREE



of 11 December. August 2006,



repealing the Decree No 470/2004 Coll., laying down the list of

diseases, conditions or defects that preclude medical fitness to practise

the professions of doctor, dentist and pharmacist and to practise the profession

another medical worker and another specialist, species,

the frequency and content of medical examinations and medical opinion

(the medical fitness to practise the profession of medical worker and

another specialist)



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to article 10, paragraph 1. 1 and section 24 of Act No.

2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State

administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by law No. 60/1988 Coll. of Act No.

203/1990 Coll., Act No. 478/1992 Coll., Act No. 272/1996 Coll., and act

No 362/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



Decree No 470/2004 Coll., laying down the list of diseases, conditions or

the defects, which exclude medical fitness to practise the profession of doctor,

dentist and pharmacist and to further the profession of medical

the worker and the other a specialist, species, the frequency and content of the

medical examinations and medical opinion (the health

competence to practise the profession of medical worker and another

vocational worker), is hereby repealed.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
