DECREE



of 21 June 1999. September 2007,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade no. 345/2002

Coll., laying down a gauge to a gauge and authentication

subject to approval, as amended by Decree No. 65/2006 Coll., which

some of the other decrees are deleted



The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine in accordance with section 27 of Act No. 506/1990

Coll. on metrology, as amended by Act No. 121/2000 Coll. and Act No 137/2002

Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 345/2002 Coll., which provides for the gauge to a compulsory

authentication and gauges subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No.

65/2006, is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 2, the words "test machines for mechanical testing of materials,"

shall be deleted.



2. In the annex, item 1.1.6 repealed.



The former item 1.1.7 is referred to as an item 1.1.6.



3. In the annex, item 2.4 and 2.4.1:

2.4 Gauge forces "

2.4.1 of prestressed Tensioning

concrete and Rock anchors 6 months ".



4. In the annex, item 3.1.2 shall be deleted.



The former item 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 are referred to as item 3.1.2 to

3.1.4.



5. In the annex, item 4.2 shall be deleted.



6. In the annex, item 5.4:



"5.4 gauge Nespektrometrická activities and benefits to control

compliance with the limits in the field of radiation protection and nuclear safety

for the measurement of emergency 2 years ".



7. In the annex, item 5.5 repealed.



The former items 8.10-8.12 shall become item 5.5 up to 8.11.

Shall be repealed:



1. Decree No. 66/2004 Coll., laying down requirements on the control

Torque Wrenches.



2. Decree No. 67/2004 Coll., laying down the requirements for the shuttle

hammers.



3. Decree No. 68/2004 Coll., laying down requirements on the hardness of the

metals.



4. Decree No. 70/2004 Coll., laying down the requirements on blasting

machines and presses.



5. Decree No. 71/2004 Coll., laying down the requirements for the measurement

the report with the Epsteinovým device for measuring the magnetic properties

plates for electrical engineering.



6. Decree No. 72/2004 Coll., laying down the requirements for the measurement

reports for measuring magnetic characteristics of magnets.



7. Decree No. 379/2006 Coll., laying down the requirements for the thermometers

used for the determination of gross calorific value for balance sheet measurements.

The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month

following the date of its publication.
