on the agreement on cultural cooperation between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

the Republic and the Government of the Republic of Zambia



28 June 1999. August 1980 in Prague signed the agreement on cultural cooperation

between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Zambia

of the Republic. Agreement entered into force pursuant to its article 9 on the day

on 8 January 1983.

The AGREEMENT



on cultural cooperation between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

the Republic and the Government of the Republic of Zambia



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Zambia

Republic, desiring to improve the relations between the two countries cooperation in the

the field of culture, education, science and the arts, have decided to conclude this

Agreement and agreed on this:



Article 1



Under this agreement, the Contracting Parties shall develop cooperation in the field of

Science, education, art, literature, press, film, radio, television,

physical education and sport, and health care, including the exchange of delegations and

individuals.



Article 2



The Contracting Parties shall encourage cooperation and the exchange of information and

of experience between cultural, educational, scientific, medical and

art institutions of their States, in particular:

Article 3



Each Contracting Party shall facilitate the provision of scholarships to students of both

between nationals of their countries and the exchange of athletes, educational

experts and sports teams.



Article 7



For the purpose of implementing this agreement, the Contracting Parties agree on implementation plans
