DECREE



of 7 November. January 2015,



amending Decree No. 177/1995 Coll. issuing the construction and

technical order of railways, as amended



The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 Act No. 266/1994 Coll.

on rail, as amended by law No 23/2000 Coll., Act No. 77/2002 Coll.

Act No. 103/2004 Coll., Act No. 182/2006 Coll., Act No. 191/2006 Coll.

Act No. 194/2010 Coll., Act No. 134/2007 Coll. and Act No. 64/2014 Sb.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 3 (2). 1, § 5 para. 3, § 6 (1). 1 and

2, § 7 (2). 2 and article 20 (2). 4 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 177/1995 Coll. issuing the construction and technical regulations

railways, as amended by Decree No 243/1996 Coll., Decree No. 346/2000 Coll.

Decree No. 416/2001 Coll., Decree No. 585/2004 Coll. and Decree No.

58/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 16(1). 1, the second sentence is inserted after the phrase "Accessibility must be

Article. (II)
