amending Act No 238/2000 Coll., on the fire rescue Corps

The Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended

the laws of the



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 242/2000 Coll., on the fire rescue Corps of the Czech Republic and

amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., Act No.

362/2003 Coll., Act No. 585/2004 Coll., Act No. 413/2005 Coll., Act No.

189/2006 Coll. and Act No. 262/2006 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 1 (b). (b)), the word "and" shall be deleted and in paragraph (b))

the following new point (c)), which read as follows:



"(c)), rescue service".



Letter c) is renumbered as paragraph (d)).



2. in article 2 paragraph 7 is added:



"(7) the Directorate-General manages



and fire rescue) regions, which are the departments

the State and the entities; their income and expenses are included in the

the budgetary chapter of the Ministry,



b) rescue service which is an organizational component of the State and the Court of

Unit; its income and expenses are included in the budget

Ministry. ".



3. in article 2, the following paragraph 2a is inserted:



"§ 2a



In particular, the emergency rescue Department carries out the tasks of the fire rescue

the choir and conducting training. It carries out teaching and training

the driver's licence and the improvement of professional competence of drivers. ".



Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



1. the date of entry into force of this Act shall be transferred systematized space

designed for professional soldiers from a military rescue of the Department of the army

The United States, which is determined by the decision of the Government, on Fire

Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "fire brigade").

referred to in paragraph 1, from the Ministry of defence to Fire Rescue Department
