about the excavation of the Czechoslovak Ducats



The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has resolved

to this Act:



§ 1



In the event of a Government or the world or their anniversary

they can be as a trade coin minted by the Czechoslovak ducats (hereinafter referred to as

"ducats").



§ 2



While the blazes as jednodukáty, dvojdukáty, pětidukáty and desetidukáty

from alloys containing 986 1/9 parts gold and 13 8/9 parts of copper. Gross weight

jednodukátu is 3.4909 (g) with the content of solid gold Weighing 3.4420 g.

dvojdukátu, pětidukátu and desetidukátu are a multiple of the scale jednodukátu.

The excavation is allowed no more than one thousandth of a deviation above or below the

fixed gross weight and purity.



§ 3



(1) on the front of Ducat of the Czechoslovak State emblem is located

Socialist Republic and the name of the State, CZECHOSLOVAK SOCIALIST

REPUBLIC. Other essentials facial side and reverse side

provides for the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.



(2) the diameter of jednodukátu mm, dvojdukátu 19.75 is 25 mm, 34 mm pětidukátu

and desetidukátu 42 mm. Margins are finely serrated ducats.



§ 4



Ducats are not part of the system of legal money.



§ 5



Excavation of Ducats, and their description of the determined by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

the Republic regulation; at the same time lays down the number of Ducats for each type of

minted jednodukátů, dvojdukátů, pětidukátů and desetidukátů.



§ 6



Shall be repealed:



and) Act No. 62/1923 Coll., on the excavation of the Czechoslovak Ducats;



(b)) Government regulations No. 200/1923 Coll., on the issue of the Czechoslovak Ducats

the Jubilee and the other (ordinary) ducats of simple and double

(commemorative dvojdukátů) with the year 1923;



(c)) Government regulations (II.) No 94/1929 Coll. on Czechoslovak

pětidukátech and desetidukátech;



(d)) the Minister of finance Decree No. 135/1924 Coll., on the excavation of the Czechoslovak

ducats on private account;



(e)) the Minister of finance Decree No. 95/1929 Coll., on ražebném for

the Czechoslovak pětidukáty and desetidukáty.



§ 7



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
