Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
Article. (I)
Law No. 89/1995 Coll., on State statistical service, as amended by Act No.
356/1999 Coll., Act No. 220/2000 Coll., Act No. 257/2000 Coll., Act No.
408/2000 Coll., Act No. 202/2002 Coll. and Act No. 320/2002 Coll., is amended
as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 1, after the word "economic" is inserted after the word ",

2. section 2 including the title reads as follows:

3. in article 3 paragraph 3 is added:

Article II
The effectiveness of the
