GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 8 March. December 2004,



outlining the Bird area Pálava



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird area of Pálava (hereinafter referred to as "bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird areas are population of white stork (Ciconia

Ciconia), sea eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), včelojeda forest

(Pernis apivorus), the white South (Dendrocopos syriacus),

White Center (Dendrocopos medius), Walnut (Sylvia

nisoria-tentatively place), collared a Flycatcher (Ficedula albicollis) and ťuhýka of the General

(Lanius collurio) and their habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

enlargement and ensure the conditions for the conservation of these species in

a favourable State of conservation.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Southern Moravia region, in

cadastral areas Bavarians, Bulgarians, Dolní Věstonice, top

Věstonice, Pavlov, Mikulov na Moravě, Milovice u Mikulova, New

Mills, Pavlov, Perná for Lower Věstonic and Sedlec u Mikulova.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the

Annex 1 to this regulation, the indicative graphical representation of the bird

§ 3

The territorial delimitation and description of the boundary of the bird area Pálava



In the South the boundaries of bird area Pálava begins on the Czech-Austrian State
