is amended as follows:
1. the following section is inserted after section 60 d of 60e, which reads as follows:
"sec. 60e
Checking compliance with the obligation to mark the establishment, as provided for in § 17 paragraph 2.
7 and 8, shall be made at the administration of taxes also territorial financial authorities and customs
authorities. ".
2. In article 65 paragraph 1. 2, the first sentence is inserted after the phrase "Territorial financial authority
or the Customs Office can save entrepreneurs fine up to 1 000 000
EUR, if the breach of an obligation to mark the establishment of the entrepreneur, set out
in § 17 paragraph 2. 7 and 8. ".
3. In paragraph 65, at the end of paragraph 8, the following sentence "the procedure for the imposition of fines
under paragraph 2, the authority that makes the breach of obligations has encountered
as the first. ".
4. In section 66 paragraph 1. 2, after the words "trade authority" the words ",
territorial authority or the Customs Office ".
5. in paragraph 66. 3 the words "Trade Office" shall be replaced by "authority".
6. In section 66 paragraph 1. 5, after the words "trade authority" the words ",
the territorial fiscal authority or customs office ".

In section 88a of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by
Act No. 218/2004 Coll., the words "the financial authorities" shall be replaced by

Footnote No. 91 is hereby repealed.

Amendment of the Act on administrative fees
Article. XLI
Schedule of the Act No. 634/2004 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by
Act No. 217/2005 Coll. and Act No. 228/2005 is amended as follows:
1. Under item 1, section 2, the following point 3 is added:
"3. a) the issue of the certification of the fiscal
cash register £ 20,000
(b) authorization service center) grant of Eur 10 000 ".
2. under the present provisions of the 135 renumbered as paragraph (b)), and
before it is inserted the letter a), which reads as follows:
"and the receipt of the application design)-$ 1,000
-If the applicant is (are) (li)
solely with the originator (i) $500 ".

employment, the words "territorial financial institution" are replaced by the words "Customs

In § 12 para. 5 of the Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some service information
the company and amending certain acts (the Act on certain services
the information society), the words "territorial financial institution" are replaced by
the words "Customs Office".
THE FOURTH PART OF THE SIXTIES
Amendment of the Act on certain measures with respect to the Republic of Iraq
Article. LXV
In § 8 para. 10 of law No 4/2005 Coll., on certain measures in relation to the
Iraqi Republic, the words "Tax Office for Prague 1" shall be replaced by
"The Customs Office Prague 1".
THE FIFTH PART OF THE SIXTIES
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Article. LXVI
1. Proceedings in cases where the scope went from territorial tax
the authorities at the Customs offices, initiated by the territorial tax authorities before the date
entry into force of this Act, the authority will complete the proceedings.
2. When changing the conditions for determining territorial jurisdiction as a result of the new
defining the territorial scope of the territorial financial authorities by this Act
transfers of tax subjects tax ex officio. To
the date of re-registration shall be exercised by the management of taxpayer's tax Manager tax
the locally competent before the effective date of this Act.
THE SIXTH PART OF THE SIXTIES
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
Article. LXVII
(1) this Act shall come into force on 1 January 2000. in January 2006, with the exception of
the provisions of article. I, points 18, 22, 23 and 25, article. (VI), article. X, art. XLII points 2
up to 5, art. LXI and article. LXII.
(2) the provisions of article. I, points 18, 23 and 25 and article. XLII, points 3 and 4 shall become
from 1 January 2000. January 1, 2007.
(3) the provisions of article. I, section 22, art. (VI), article. X, art. Points 2 and 5, XLII, art.
LXI and article. They shall become effective on the date of announcement of the XLI.
