The protected area of the Moravian Karst

I. that the Government



1. by its resolution of 1 February 1993. July 1998 No. 473 approved a zoning plan

large territorial unit of the protected landscape area of the Moravian Karst and its

the binding part;



2. the date of publication of the binding section repeals the zoning plan referred to in point 1

mentioned in the annex to this communication.

1. In the use of the territory of the respect of nature protection zone approved

The Ministry of the environment for the protected landscape area

Moravian Karst, as defined in the land use plan, and provided for regulators

-Re-routing for cable lines 22 kV in the space of a bull rock and Josefov

and management of 22 kV in the Punkva Valley area-Skalní mlýn,



(c)) in the field of transport:



-to link the road II/374 Adamov is road II/379,



-for editing the road II/II/373, 379,



-for the rerouting of the road III/3783 in Holštejně,



(d)) in the field of nature protection and landscape conservation:



-for trans-regional and regional territorial system of ecological stability.



3. Construction of functionally and operationally linked to implementing the projects listed in

paragraph 2 (a). a) to (c)) and territorially defined in the graphics section of the territorial

the plan in a scale of 1:25, 000, with the approval clause, are

public benefit.
