Amending Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation

Ministry for Regional Development, pursuant to § 193 of the Act no. 183/2006
Coll., On Territorial Planning and Building Code (Building Act), as amended
Act no. 227/2009 Coll. and Act no. 350/2012 Coll .:

Art. I

Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as follows:

First § 1 reads:

"§ 1

(1) This regulation establishes the scope and content

) Documentation for issuing a decision on the location of buildings or equipment

B) Documentation for the issue of change of land use,

C) documentation to issue a decision on changing the use of buildings influence on
territory

D) joint documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning and building permit
,

E) project documentation for the construction notification referred to in § 104.
1 point. a) to e) of the Building Act or the project documentation for the issuance of a building permit
,

F) documentation for construction and implementation

G) documentation of actual construction.

(2) This Decree also establishes requirements documentation demolition work,
content requirements of building log, single record of building and
way of their leadership.

(3) This Decree does not apply to the project documentation for the construction
aviation, railway construction and track equipment, including the runway, construction
highways, local roads and public purpose roads under §
194 point. c) Building Act. ".

Second Under § 1, the following new § 1a to 1d, which, including the title added:

"§ 1a

Documentation for issuing a decision on the location of the building or facility

(K § 86 par. 7 of the Building Act)

The scope and content of the documentation for issuing a decision on the location of buildings or
device is specified in Annex no. 1 hereto.

§ 1b

Documentation for issuing a decision on change of land use

(K § 86 par. 7 of the Building Act)

The scope and content of the documentation for issuing a decision on change of land use
is set out in Annex no. 2 hereto.

§ 1c

Documentation for the issuance of the decision to change the use of the impact of construction on the territory

(K § 86 par. 7 of the Building Act)

Scope and content of the documentation for the issuance of the decision to change the effect of the use
construction in the territory is stipulated in Annex no. 3 hereto.

§ 1d

Common documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning and building permit


(K § 94a paragraph. 7 of the Building Act)

Scope and content of a joint document for the issuance of common
zoning and building permits is set out in Annex.
4 to this decree. ".

Third § 2, including the heading reads:

"§ 2
Project documentation


(K § 105 para. 8 and § 110 paragraph. 5 of the Building Act)

Scope and content of the project documentation for the construction notification referred to in §
104 paragraph. 1 point. a) to e) of the Building Act or the issuance of building permits
is stipulated in Annex no. 5 to this decree. ".

Fourth In § 3, the number "2" is replaced by "6".

Fifth In § 4 para. 1 the words "acquired pursuant to § 125 paragraph. 1 and 3
Building Act is set out in Annex no. 3" is replaced by "

6th In the heading of § 5 the number "7" is replaced by "8".

7th In § 5, the words "to be attached to a declaration of intent to remove the building by
