amending Government Decree No. 567/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, about

the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult work

environment and the amount of the payroll allowance for work in difficult working

environment



Government decrees for the implementation of Act No. 262/2006 SB., labour code, in the

amended by Act No. 585/2006 Coll. and Act No. 181/2007 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, the lowest levels

guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult working environment and the amount of

payroll allowance for work in difficult working environment, is amended

as follows:



1. In article 6 (1). 2 at the end of the text of the letter h), the words ",

Mycobacterium tuberculosis ".



2. In paragraph 6 of the dot at the end of paragraph 2 is replaced by a comma and the following

the letter k), which read as follows:



"to) work activities associated with the investigation and treatment of persons

hospitalized at the clinical units specialised in the treatment of

of infectious diseases. ".
