The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with the

the provisions of § 9 para. 1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective

negotiation, as amended, were it stored in the period from 2. 1.-

17.1. 2012 these collective agreements and a higher degree of Amendment No. 2

to the collective agreement of a higher degree:



1. higher level collective agreement, concluded on 21 February 2006. 12. for the year 2011

2012 between the Contracting Parties



The Trade Union KOVO



and



Union Foundry of the CZECH REPUBLIC.



2. higher level collective agreement concluded on 11 October. 12. for the year 2011

2012 between parties to a trade union of workers

woodworking industry, forestry and water management and the Association of

employers of Small water Czech Republic.



3. higher level collective agreement, concluded on 21 February 2006. 12. for the year 2011

2012 between the Contracting Parties



Trade Union of workers of agriculture and food-free Association

trade unions of the Czech Republic



and



The agricultural Union of the Czech Republic by the Czech Association of agricultural

entrepreneurs.



4. Appendix No. 2 to the higher level collective agreement closed on 6.
