The Ministry of Justice shall determine pursuant to section 13 of Act No. 631/2004 Coll., on

to provide legal aid in cross-border disputes within the European Union,

(hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):

# 1 of this order.



§ 2



The pattern for the transmission of applications for legal aid in cross-border collateral

disputes within the European Union ^ 2) according to § 9 para. 1 (b). (b)) of the Act is

listed in annex 2 of this order.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.

Annex 2



The pattern for the transmission of applications for legal aid in cross-border collateral

disputes within the European Union



1) Commission decision 2004/844/EC of 9 December 1999. November 2004

introduces a standard form for legal aid applications, in accordance with the

Council Directive 2003/8/EC to improve access to justice in

cross-border disputes by establishing minimum common rules for

legal aid in such disputes.



2) Commission decision 2005/630/EC of 26 July 2000. August 2005 in

accordance with Council Directive 2003/8/EC introduces a form for the transmission of

application for legal aid.
