PART THE SECOND
To change the regulation of the Government No. 55/1989 Coll., on the Declaration of certain cultural
monuments as a national cultural monument
§ 2
Government Regulation No. 55/1989 Coll., on the Declaration of certain cultural
monuments as a national cultural monument, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In article 1, paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) for the national cultural monuments to claim the House of artists (Rudolfinum)
Hradiště and Celtic oppidum Envy, municipal House, Prague, with
Dirt gate, a monument of the Czech resistance movement 1939-1945 "or Pečkárna",
Strahov Monastery, the Slavonic settlement Slavníkovců Libice, Castle
Castles in the sand, a stone bridge, chain bridge in Stádlci, a Czech Castle
Krumlov, an Honorable burial at the central cemetery in Brno, Petrov, Brno
and the Memorial to the victims of the Nazi terror in Životice. ".
2. In article 1 (1). 2, the words "a closer definition of" shall be replaced by "spatial
identification signs ".
3. In section 1, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:
"(3) the State Department of historic preservation national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
paragraph 1 to the cadastral maps. A copy of these are stored
at the State Institute for preservation of historical monuments and the Ministry of culture.
(4) If, in the annex to this regulation in spatial identification
characters in the section of land, means that its part which is
delineated in the maps referred to in paragraph 3. '.

To change the regulation of the Government No. 111/1991 Coll., on the Declaration of the Břevnov

PART THE FOURTH
Amendment to Decree-Law No 404/1992 Coll., amending the Declaration of certain
cultural relics for national cultural monuments
§ 4
Government Regulation No. 404/1992 Coll., amending the Declaration of certain cultural
monuments as a national cultural monument, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 2 paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) for the national cultural monuments of claim in the main city of Prague
the cultural sights of the old town hall, the Church of our Lady before Týn and the
Kinský Palace, and in the camp of the cultural sights of the old town hall and the castle of Kotnov Castle
with the Bechyňskou. ".
2. In section 2, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:
"(3) the State Department of historic preservation national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
paragraph 1 to the cadastral maps. A copy of these are stored
at the State Institute for preservation of historical monuments and the Ministry of culture.
(4) If, in the annex to this regulation in spatial identification
characters in the section of land, means that its part which is
delineated in the maps referred to in paragraph 3. '.
