GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 23 December 2003. November 2009,



amending Government Decree No. 567/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, about

the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult work

environment and the amount of the payroll allowance for work in difficult working

the environment, as amended by Decree-Law No 249/2007 Sb.



The Government directs pursuant to § 111 paragraph. 2 and § 112 para. 2 of Act No. 262/2006

Coll., the labour code:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, the lowest levels

guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult working environment and the amount of

payroll allowance for work in difficult working environment, as amended by

Decree-Law No 249/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 4 (b). (c)), the words "that is the beneficiary of a partial invalidity

the pension "are replaced by the words that is the beneficiary of an invalidity pension for

disability of the first or second degree ".



2. In paragraph 4 (b). (d)), the words "that is the beneficiary of full disability

retired, or on young workers, which is fully wheelchair and

does not receive the full invalidity pension "are replaced by" who is a beneficiary of the

disability pension for disability of the third degree, or the young person

an employee who is disabled in the third degree and does not receive disability

third-degree invalidity pension. ".



Article. (II)



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2010.
