Central Control and Testing Institute in Agriculture and
amending certain related laws (Act on the Central Control and Testing Institute
Agriculture):

§ 1

Vocational and testing tasks in the field of feed

(1) The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out
Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture (hereinafter "the Institute") in the field of biological testing
feed additive or a new use and
in laboratory testing of feed quality, feed additives and premixes
under the expert supervision or under a special legal regulation
^ 1) is determined

A) the different species of animals, for the feeding of the feed or feed additives designed
and

B) by the extensive expertise and test operations related to the analysis
feed additives and premixes, and further testing of finished
hybrid pigs under special legislation. ^ 1)

(2) Total costs for training and testing tasks in accordance with paragraph 1
comprise the sum of compensation costs for all made by individual professional
and test operations, the amount of which is set out in Annex no. 1 to this
Decree.

§ 2

Vocational and testing tasks in the field of seeds and planting material, varieties
registration, protection of rights to varieties of hops and verification

(1) The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out by the Institute
in the field of testing varieties for registration under the special Act 2) and
grant of rights under the special Act 3) shall be determined || | performance testing varieties grouped in the performance tests

(2) The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out by the Institute in the areas of certification procedure

(3) The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out by the Institute

(4) Total cost for training and testing tasks in accordance with paragraphs 1-3
shall comprise the sum of compensation costs for all executed
individual training and test operations, the amount of which is set out in Annex no. 2 to || | hereto.

§ 3

Vocational and testing tasks in the field of fertilizers

(1) The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out by the Institute in the field of registration
fertilizers, soil conditioners,
auxiliary plant products and substrates under a special law ^ 5) is determined as the sum of costs
made for biological trials and tests, chemical analyzes and
by extensive expertise and test operations related to the analysis
fertilizers, soil conditioners, aid plant
products and substrates.

(2) Total costs for training and testing tasks in accordance with paragraph 1
comprise the sum of compensation costs for all made by individual professional
and test operations, the amount of which is set out in Annex no. 3 to this
Decree.

§ 3a

Professional tasks in the area of ​​phytosanitary care

(1) The rates of reimbursement for expert activities conducted by the Institute in the field
phytosanitary down in Annex no. 4 hereto.

(2) In the inspection of plants, plant products and other objects in the survey
pest control and registration of persons
the refund of the items listed in Part 2 of Annex no. 4 to this

Decree determined for the entire calendar year, regardless of the number of inspections

inspection.

(3) Total costs for professional acts under paragraphs 1-2 are formed

This decree comes into force on 1 June 2002.

The amount of reimbursement for training and testing operations carried out during
hop authentication for requests for verification of hops and hop products
submitted by 31 March 2012 will be determined in accordance with existing legal regulations
.

Transitional provisions
If the application to perform specialized testing and operation
submitted before the effective date of this decree, charged with applicants reimbursement rate
costs for the execution of technical and test operation under Decree No.
. 221/2002 Coll., As in force before the effective date of this decree, and
even in cases where costs become due only after the entry into force of this Decree
.
