The COMMUNICATION FROM the



Ministry of Foreign Affairs



Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the exchange of notes dated June 23. January

1995 and 4. April 1995 amendment to the agreement has been negotiated between the Government of

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Jordan

the Hashemite Kingdom on cooperation in the field of health and

Medical Sciences, signed in Prague on 19. February 1986, declared under no.

47/1986 Coll., concerning the deletion of the provisions of article 9, paragraph 1. 2

"each Party shall provide, in the case of an acute illness

or injury of necessary medical care to the citizens of the other party, who

temporarily located on its territory. "and the provisions of its article 11,

paragraph. 4 in the text of the "necessary treatment during acute illness or injury

citizens under art. 9. 2 this agreement will be provided free of charge ".



Amendment to the agreement entered into force in the relations between the Czech Republic and

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the day 11. April 1995.
