DECREE



of 10 June 1999. may 2012



opening a national nature reserve and the determination of the Rolavská raised bogs

its closer trade conditions



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.

218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:



§ 1



The definition of national nature reserve



(1) the Rolavská national nature reserve (raised bogs

"the national nature reserve").



(2) national nature reserve is situated on the territory of the Karlovy Vary

in the cadastral areas of the County, and the House Přebuz Rolava at Přebuze.

§ 2



Object of protection



The subject of the protection of the national natural reservations are:



a) natural forest stands formed by the mainly peaty communities

(c) the unique communities of plants and) invertebrate animals per

§ 3



More protective conditions



Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national

nature reserve



and allow changes to) the species of land or methods of their utilization ^ 2)



(b)) to carry out geological work associated with intervention in the territory,



(c) modify the surface road) with the use of non-local

natural material of the same geological origin or deepen

(d)) allow for unhindered movement of dogs, with the exception of the exercise of the rights of hunting.



§ 4
